One of the best examples of this was when Russ first brought up life insurance to our family. As we talked through the different options State Farm offers, he told us about a return-of-premium feature that State Farm offers on term policies. We had always been hesitant about paying into life insurance every month, obviously hoping to never need it, because it felt like throwing money away and hoping to never get any benefit out of it. But when Russ explained that State Farm offers a return-of-premium where you pay the full 30-year term policy and then you get every single penny back, it honestly felt like a no-brainer. And even if you only make it to 20 or 25 years, you still get a prorated amount back, which makes it feel like a much smarter investment overall for our family. That kind of thoughtful and thorough guidance made a huge difference for us since we did a ton of research on whole vs. term vs. universal life and felt confused by all the options available. Russ takes the time to explain things to ensure we understand and gives us the time to make the decision that is best for us. It is so reassuring knowing we have Russ on our side for all our insurance policies especially when a question pops up, we never have to call in and wait on hold - we have a direct line/email right to Russ and he always responds very promptly.
